Bloody hell Beagle - you must have one hell of a spread if it takes 3 blokes all this time to seed. What's it like at harvest time?

Hi tawny.
we put in 5500 acres so takes approx 4 weeks.
harvest better as actually work is only doen in daylight hours but just as much work for me.
i got to thinking last night - i gave up my vet last year, before that had been doing nearly full time vet PLUS cooking & this domestic goddess shit....for 13 yrs. And before thar worked full time vet for 5 yrs.
leads me to i think my main issue ; who takes care of ME? I've taken care of hubby + workers + FIL mostly + clients within a 100km radius....but who takes care of ME.
Man i really need some tlc right now. mentally,physically & emotionally. don't know where to go right now.:helpme:

Yes, IAD, they are quite demented that way but what does one expect from an antipodean? Everything is backwards there, toilet flushing, dogs circling and even people curling up to sleep.

It is weird. Kind of a parallel universe, only they are not evil like on Star Trek.

Did you know that kudzu is a vicious rampaging weed in the US? We could go over there to do a tad of Kudzu regen, and cash in selling it to MWO...... just a thought. Silly people planted it for soil stabilization.... just like us and bloody bitou bush.

Mine is a Suzuki GS 500. Dropped it in the driveway yesterday... very embarrassing. My legs need to be 3 inches longer. Have just been googling Eagle Screen in WA and sent an email enquiring about a bigger screen. Rode it home from Lewisham last Sunday and got caught in the rain. Maybe we could do a ride sometime. Am still getting my biking skills back. Had the handlebars raised about 2 inches. Makes a huge diff to my aged back, and [I]'m not as lithe as I used to be......
