Yes.. the whole saturday is pretty much over.. i only have 1 hour left of work to go then im turning in for the night - AF! yay.. have fun cleaning.. i did my housework yesterday.. its a pain but so nice to have the place looking fresh

Yes Bridge. Ruminating is a pain. It knocked me for a 6 big time a couple of years ago. All good now. Time was the only thing that fixed it........
You aren't doing too much of that ruminating stuff are ya?

I have been ruminating a bit yes.
I think getting out and getting busy is the fix.

I am still on the list.. and I will see how I feel when a place becomes available.. the programme is 6 weeks though, and i just cannot afford to not work for that long (i have no leave left.. )
