    There's a series starting on thurs night, 9.30p.m. ABC1, on addiction. Could be worth a look.

      Tawny - what is that berry/fruit? Fab pics.

      haven't had much of a chance to read back, but thanks for all the congrats for the run yesterday! Got some unasked for photos (from a commercial photographer who set up on the wharf right before the finish line!!). $30 for a shot that shows you looking at your worst ..... wet, tired, exhausted,fat, un-coordinated, wind-blown etc etc. Thought I might invest in one as a "before" shot ... anything would look better than that. :H:H

      But yes Mr G, feeling fantastic today, and very motivated!! Success breeds success and all is good here! (Except poor old Mr B this evening finally got up the courage to pull off the full strength plaster that he had put on his chest to avoid nipple rash. :H:H I shouldn't laugh .... :H:H)

      back to Ak tomorrow ..... hoping for a gentle morning fog that closes the airport .....

        Plaster off nipples? eewww......
        Though a girlfriend told me of a bloke she used to go out with who had a hairier back than our Otto. She used to use that emjoi electric invader thing, which apparently is very painful if your using it on yer whole back. She stopped doing it after a couple of times, cause she thought he was getting off on it,(!) and that wasn't her cup of tea....
