do you know KT, I've got the most fantastic photo of my dad when he was home on leave and he looks like a real spiv. He'd be about 19/20 at the time

does anyone know what a really really bad pain on the right side of the stomach might mean? I can barely stand up and am in immense pain, it happened just this morning when I got a bad response from my wifes solicitor... is it stress related? I could google but I cant bend over too much to reach the mouse - (no smart arsh jokes please) - I never had pain this bad before - I feel it going to my back and up my chest

No idea what that might be but dont take any chances, if you are in that much pain can you get some one to take you to the A&E. If not I would phone an ambulance. Feck grubs up I have to run.
