      Wanna,

      I am sorry you are in pain but if it does not subside,please go to Casualty, call amn ambulance if there is nobody to take you..ok? You dont want to colapse in the house on your own.

                here i am in the wild wild west. awful gun shooting incident. i survived that. climbed and helped fell 3 holly trees, i survived that. went for a walk with the dogs on treacherous morcambe bay sands, survived that. then came to relax on my sun lounger..... bugger me, the thing collapsed with me in a heap on the floor and a bruised arse... hmph ... just one o those days. watch out for the man eating sun loungers
                Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
