Gratuity Journal!
Thank you Creator of the Universe, for the gift of life you have given me.
Thank you for giving me everything I truly ever needed.
Thank you for the opportunity to experience this beautiful body and this wonderful mind.
Thank you for living inside of me with all of your love, with your pure & boundless spirit,
with your warm and radiant light.
Thank you for using my words, for using my eyes, for using my heart to share your love wherever I go.
I love myself just the way I am.
Help me to keep the love and the peace in my heart and to make that love a new way of life,
that I may live in love for the rest of my life.......
"In the depths of winter I finally learned there was in me an invincible summer ."

That's lovely Chillgirl.
Today I'm grateful that I woke up sober
That my kids and my family are healthy
That I got that job I went for
that there's plenty of dark chocolate in the fridge
And for the fact I found MWO and all the wonderful people hereAF since Sunday 27th June 2010

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough...and more!
It turns denial into acceptance... chaos into order...confusion into clarity...
Gratitude can turn a meal into a feast.... a house into a home... a stranger into a friend...
Gratitude makes sense of our past....brings peace for today...creates a vision for tomorrow
If we consciously give thanks each day for the abundance that exists in our lives, we will set in motion an ancient spiritual law... "the more you have and are grateful for.... the more will be given to you".
Somedays there'll be 5 amazing things to be grateful for, but most days there will just be simple things and simple joys that bring a smile to us, or give us a warm fuzzy feeling.
Rough days? are the most important days to find simple things to be grateful for even if one of them is "I am grateful that this day is over!"
I am grateful that I have so many things to be grateful for!The smallest action taken is worth more than the greatest intention!:h
