    I really need to get my act together :H Otherwise I'll hang out here the whole day again and not get any work done.

It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

                        hey, its gonna be really quiet here when you all meet up next week.
                        i had a good day yesterday, did my garden shopping, walked the dogs..... and had a little bike ride.... wehyey... all good stuff. it'll be so good when i can cycle more easily, just taking it easy for now... little steps, or pedals. think i will try and cycle daily, it gives me a real feel good factor
