I'm so glad you all had such a great time! Mini marathon will be run as I sleep, but I'll be dreaming good wishes for runners, walkers and spectators.

Opal - how much older is your daughter?! My nephew has a daughter who is 18 months older than her little brother ....... she almost "over-loved" him when he was first born!!! 2 years later she is still incredibly protective of him.

And I'm another "Face-book account de-activated" person too!

I'm having a bit of an in and day, the son and heir's girlfriend is here and I don't like it when she hovers over me shoulder.

Miss B she is 8 this month so she's at a great age. She the kind that would try and lift, hold,carry etc on the QT if she wasn't allowed to, so I figured show her how to do it properly from the start. I'm telling you she is a great help, long may it last. She is off for a long weekend and I'd say it'll kill her when she has to leave him on Wednesday to go to school.

I can just imagine! My oldest sister was 12 when i was born and my big sister was pretty much responsible for me and I loved her to bits. Then I was 9 when her oldest child (my oldest nephew) was born (and 10 when the next one came). We all adored each other, and still do!
