      Hi Chillgirl,

Ktab, the problem is the fridge is still two floors down in the garage, weighs about 160kg and also happens that it might just be a little wider than then + / - 1m wide passage. Don't quite know what to do. So probably going to sell it and buy a smaller one but don't know how long that will take????

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Being a father of a 3 year old and a 8 month old I don't think i've slept past 7am for about 3 years. Even when we take a night off (which has happened) and sleep in a hotel, the inner alarm just rings around the same time and up we are Sure all the parents know what i'm talking about?!

Ah that puts a slightly different slant on things alright JohhnH.
First thing you need is a measuring tape then some strong mates. Is there no lift?

The sleepless nights are but a distant memory for me now.

No lift I'm afraid. We were three and it was a bloody mission just to get the fridge on teh trailor. Cost sweat, blood and tears. (and about half an hour).
One can take the doors off and could then get it up there with a lot of effort. Problem is... The only space where it can fit doesn't have a plug (and isn't even in the kitchen)... so selling is probably the way to go...

                      Bugger to the fridge.
                      Bugger to the car.

Is there somewhere that sells 2nd hand or refurbished fridges, might do a swap/trade in?

Work out how much extra it would cost juice wise to just use the juicy beast. It might work out far more expensive if you buy a banger, specially if it starts giving trouble. Also think of the daily work out you will get driving the beast.

Havn't quite checked it out yet... About time though... But hopeing something like that. or sell it online, buy a second hand online. That's more or less my thinking. But could be another couple of days before i'm sorted.
