Starts, big hugs from lurking BB ............ xx

I just knew it would be a bull terrier type, apologies to anyone that finds this offensive but this happened to me many years ago, and the vet told me that the only way to 'unlock' the jaws of the dogs attacking is either to hold their nose to make them open their mouths to breath and therefore let go, or put a cigarette lighter under their nose which will again make them let go ............ sorry if this is too much information xx

          Thanks BB!
          I never knew that.
Trouble is when your panicking, you dont think
I will tell people that, if its a choice of life and death for the dog thats being attacked then its worth knowing

              Bloody gruesome, starts.

Hi BB, what a great idea. We have a few bull terriers types round here. Thanks
It could be worse, I could be filing.

I'm actually feeling exhausted. Think I'm going to call it a night.

Starts: I hope Larry feels better when he wakes up. And take good care of yourself as well, OK?

Heyyy, BB, been missing you!! Starts, looks like a good job on the clean up, and remember, tomorroww he may be even more stiff and sore than today. He will heal quickly now with your tender care. You and Larry did nothing wrong, it was the other dogs who were poorly socialized, and Larry had you to protect. Just keep letting him know you you're there, and you love him even injured. Animals think differently, and we don't know what he considered his job to be at that moment, bless his beautiful, furry, heart.

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.
