    Help guys - I'm losing the battle

    IT'll be great that one drink. And then the shame and dissappointment for the next weeks.

    The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there.         Johnny we all walk this road together. I've had those incredible cravings overtake me unawares. Your no different. It's what we choose to do about it. Pop the AB, lie on the sofa if you have to. These feeling of woe will pass. YOU KNOW THAT! As Mario recommended go for a walk!
