    Evening All,
    love the way you think things through Spuds,

    Me darling godfather has had some tests and we won't get the results til tomorrow, he should be Ok but will prolly need some professional home care.

      We had a great day..Wob had 2 double cheeseburger, a hamburger and curly fries..SO not like him!!

            Haha. that's great ONey. That's the problem with Mc D's though. it's not very filling. I also usually have a coupe of burgers

It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

              Yep Rob watches what he eats...when he is training, he has a diet exactly like that guy that posted the pother day, cannot remember what thread..
