        Hey Chill,

I've been very busy since the last meeting. Spent my evening in church on Sunday and went to the soccer match last night. so going to my next meeting tonight and am very excited. Will see if there's one closer by as well.

Public holiday tomorrow. So a chance to catch up on some of that sleep. Hopefully

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

im gonna clean up my chain and gear wheels with a de greasant and oil them. you can get chain lubricant which doesnt splatter on your legs so much. i just grease all the joints and stuff that look like they need it.. ive even used vaseline (not sure if its a good idea). have to make sure you dont get it on your tyres or brake pads cos that could end in disaster. ive also found talking nicely to it helps. sounds like i know what im talking about but i dont really. if its metal it normally would grate rather than squeek. are you sure you havent got a mouse under you saddle

bicycling is far from my world. Last rode one when I was.... I don't know actually, but I think not since my childhood. Don't even know if I stillknew how to ride on?!

Then I do ride Motorbikes though

yeeeaaah, motorbikes. i managed to survive 20 years riding motorbikes with only a broken arm and a few little injuries. sold my last one about 5 years ago, a lovely yamaha xj550. sometimes i miss it but i think i would have killed myself on it, i also became a scaredy cat so it was time to get rid.. vrrrooooomm
