            Liver as perfect as a hooman been can get

            Cholesterol a little high but nothing to worry about

            And I'm certified menopausal :yay:, I'm really pleased as I thought I was going round the bend. (Mr JC has hidden all the sharp knives)

                        Hi Spud, it is good for freeing up tight joints and stops squeeks but doesnt have much in the way of lubricant in it, you can see that as it is the consistency of water. So use it then grease or oil up the part properly.

                          no more PMT but I can get away with murder now

                          Mr JC's 6' 4" and it's pure hell on planes. We always had to pay the extra for leg room.
