    yes I had the meeting on monday, but they wouldn't tell me the outcome of "their" meeting that day I had to wait to be contacted....

    fucking drawn out torture...

    anyway on wedsday I went for my visit with Ollie and the director of ollie's place told me the decision...
    it goes...
    on the 23rd is last day of school, 25th pick up report card and he comes home with me until the 31st July...
    I freaked..as I thought they were gonna take him back to the home again...
    she said ..no it is the period of time for probation as such.. and the heads have a final meeting end of July to make the final decision..and if all is good he will not go anywhere but remain at home for good...

    I suppose it makes sense.. but it is soooo drawn out..
    but they have to be 100% sure for the saftey of the child..

    but when I think back only a short time ago we only had sundays out in the afternoon for 3hours..and I thought that was heaven...

    so it is good and we are mega mega happy...!!
    so next week on friday as we drive away with all his gear
    will be when we can sigh the big sigh of relief and scream out in happiness:H:H

      We just watched 'Men Who Stare At Goats' (confusing) and 'The Werewolf' (very graphic but well acted.)

                Jan, baby steps, I guess. You have overcome things many can't, and I'm glad Ollie had an advocate for him out there who, probably, forced you to find yourself. I just KNOW he will be home forever!
