SG, he is still very swollen and incredibly tired. But he is eating and playing a bit which is brillialnt. He goes back to the vet next tuesday.

He has something called subcutaenous emphysema
Where the different layers of skin and muscle where pulled apart the cavity has filled with air and the drain hole is acting like a one way valve. We just have to wait for healing
