There will always be good days and bad days. Just try to be positive, think whatever positive things you can, try to find the positive in the situation. The glass is half full. You have a job even if it's shite right now. There are many people looking for employment and can't find a job. There, you see, one positive thing already... And in a few hours you get to leave and go home to your wife and babies. Positive thought number two....

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

She's not lazy in the least and now I know why her arse is so small. Cause she never stops. She got her hands on Tigger and within minutes she had 10 photos up and posted with comments and answered PM's from me... regular little roadrunner she is...

Johnny, I truly believe it's not the kids. Okay, I think people are born with a tendency towards certain personality traits. Other things they learn during their formative years. If parents teach by their own examples how to properly interact with others, kids pick up on it right from the beginning. I don't think people are born mean and nasty but they get that way either from the way they are treated or the examples set by their parents. My sons are very different as people but they do have many things in common. They are both strong men but sensitive and caring and are almost always polite except if provoked. And if someone were to do something to harm a member of their family or a friend, they would be the first to jump in and defend the person being harmed either with words or with fists if necessary.
In this case, the mother should have stopped her boy from attacking Oney's son and he should have been told to apologize right there and then. And if a similar situation happened again, after the apology he should be punished. Period. You do your child no favours by allowing him to be a bully. And it will come back like a boomerang at some point in his life.

Ahh ok Oney, I tend not to scroll back in the mornings as I am so busy and I just like to check in.
That's horrid, but it happens in every estate, I hope to be there for my son when he grows up so he doesn't get the same treatment.
Johnnyh regarding spammers, you can't change them, you can only change yourself and how you perceive it, you should not allow it to bother you, after all its only text on a screen which is easily ignored. I generally hover the mouse over a topic to see if it is spam or not and avoid it if it is.

Mr. Stirly actually thinks we have a chance. They did a poll on TV and asked young men if they thought we had a chance against Argentina. I especially liked the one answer... - Yes, if Argentina doesn't show up for the match...:H:H:H
Well, there may be a slim chance of actually scoring a goal at some point but that would only be if that stoopid coach puts the proper players in their proper positions from the start of the game and makes any changes in time and not half-way through the bloody second period. Now how many goals Argentina will score against us... that's another question...
Sorry Oney for going on about football.... it's just that Greece doesn't usually make it this far...

Great post Stirly. It's true, the parents have definately a LOT to do with it!! Yet it's so difficult when you're the parent whose child is under attack hey?! I would get sooooo upset. Wouldn't know what to do honestly.
