              you & starts were the first to really pick me up..mario came in aswell, but you gave me so much support and interest in us,
              plus help & guidance with the baclofen and the emails..
              it gave me hope that I wasn't alone..

                    And Mr. Tips is right. Your story has inspired others. I've told you before, you are a shining example of how someone who really wants to, can turn their life from dark hopelessness into bright happiness.                     Sorry to see England go home but they really weren't fast enough for the German team. Now we'll see what Mexico does against Argentina. I like it when the favoured team doesn't win. I think I will support Uruguay from now on simply because their flag resembles the Greek one. Is that a good enough reason?

                            It's my sad puppy for England.

                            I'll tell you all about my holiday when I can remember which day of the week it is.
                            The cold put a bit of a damper on things and I slept much more than usual, well lots more than usual 11 hours Friday night.
                            We walked and walked and walked and I hardly ate any chocolate apart from about 8 zillion lattes with chocolate sprinkles. So I think I must have lost a whole pound.

                              :H:H:H I have missed your humour. You really went all those days without eating choklit??

                              Really sorry about the cold. I once had a very bad cold while on vacation on the island of Zakinthos. They fed me rabbit stew and ouzo to get over it. It worked. I didn't lose any weight tho'...
