      How are you all this morning?! A start to a GREAT new week!!!.

      Met Diz yesterday at church. What a nice chap.

      The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

                        Morning, Jan, Oney, Starty, Johnny & BB

                        I was tempted to start a "Not the Army Thread" when I got up. Instead, I've been tgrough the shower, the wheelie bin has been put out and there is a load of washing in the machine. I've just sat down with my 2nd cup of coffee.

                        That's it. Domestic duties for the day done. Now I must just make enough noise so that the cubs can wake up...

                            sorry I keep goin' on about Ollie & me all the time, you all have your own stuff going on as well...

                            but it's monday morn and he's asleep in bed at home..
                            and I can plan ahead for the week what we are gonna do together,
                            rather than just be looking ahead to the visit on weds, and then the next weekend
