          Bluey, they say it can come and bite you at around 3 months, 6 mths, 9 mth,s, but anytime really, but if our mindset and attitude really is happy and decided about being af, it is easier to fight off the knock at the door, i think.

                Supermodel Hornos, can you tell me what's going on with Chuck and Cammy? I've been getting these strange phone messages from 'Royal telephone service' 'the call cannot be returned' etc, and i'm wondering if it's Cammy or not? Did she let on whether she was coming to Oz, or trying to contact someone here? Can't say i like her much since the Dian'a stuff, but if she's battling the turp's and looking for help, then i won't turn me back.

                  Morning all,

                  Ah, sunday morning coming down no more Mr. Kristofferson.......;-) 'Tis bloody great to be sober, and hangover free. It never ceases to amaze me how good we can naturally feel. AND, we can choose to side step embuggerance when we see it approaching. Put away that can of EBT for a second and practise it, beginning with smaller ones, such as procrastination. 'today i will get off my arse and learn Flemish, then smile at stranger's when i go for that promised (to myself) walk. I will not be drawn into negative, whinging conversation's about impending doom. Instead of pulling out can and spraying, i shall stand up, be independent, and announce, 'It's been great to see you again, yep, it sure takes all sort's to make this world go around. i've got to go, catch up soon, bye.....' Then move on to yer more advanced embuggerances, like visitor's. 'Hello, great to hear from you, are you well? Oh, that's no good. Sure takes all sort's to make the world go round, that's for sure.' Can you come in? NO.
                  It's OKAY to say NO, get it?
                  We need 'me' time to be any good to anybody.

                    Well, I won't crap on quite as much as Mr G...

                    But it IS wonderful to wake up Hangover free and I'm gonna get of my arse Today and get outside and get some things done!

                    What a waste of a day feeling guilty and ill, Yesterdays Hangover was..

                    Here comes day number 2 AF... Hoorah!

                      well done Wavey for picking yourself up and getting on with it!

                      And well said Mr G. That what doesn't kill us makes us stronger and all of that.

                      Have just packed Mr B and son off - son going back to his mum's house. We had a really lovely week, and we dont see enough of him. I'm just heading out to pick up Betty from the vets, and then she and I will spend some quality time together, on our own-some.

                      And I am incredibly grateful today for the lovely staff at the vet clinic!!!!!

                      hope those to cme are having a lovely sleep-in!
