You know I've been thinking about this MWO mobile travelling booze bus of ours. With the slogan that we can't come up with.
Are we just going to scoop up random drunks and slap them straight and stuff like that ?
Because I'd like that.
Also are we going to wear Spandex super hero costumes ?
I need to know ASAP so I can join a gym real fast.

Good Morning. I am full of beans! So let's have at it. Yawn...it's 9.10 am.
First off on my busy schedule is to go and get the paper. See what the pollimorons have been up to, who's fallen off a balcony and how many light planes have crashed today.
After that, clear the PO Box. Talk about busy.

I feel very behind the eight-ball! What's the booze bus? Do we have to wear spandex? Am I the only person who would like to be feeling as good as Caroline Cartwright obviously is? Haven't had time to do much other than speed read recently and I think I've missed out on some rilly umportant stuff .....

Life has been a bit hectic, and I've been flying all around the country and am fed up with it. Woke up this morning and decided to stay in bed. Need it to kick this cold in the goolies once and for all and for mental health reasons.

Are the chooks laying yet Tawny?? And what books are they enjoying? :H

The Bus

From memory Miss, it goes like this. Guitarista wants to fill a bus with malcontents from this thread and travel around Australia. He said it would have to be a big bus if Bridget is coming 'cos she's got a fat arse.
He also wants to mount Tawny on the roof of the bus together with her modified mower.
Sort of a Mascot/Bonnet ornament.
I am not sure what the purpose of the trip is. I think Bridget wants to catch drunks and beat them up. It's all a bit vague really, a work in progress...I guess anyone can make contributions. The spandex gear is just so the travellers will look cool.

Geez Bridge - nice haircut!

Missy - funny you should ask - just received my copy of The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls in the mail this morning - so, that will take care of my day. I just remembered that when I was a kid I wasn't allowed to read until all my jobbies were done which of course led to hours of under the doona with a torch late night reading. Reading was considered a frivolous waste of time. Bring it on!

It's cold, wet and grey but I have a roaring fire, five cats and a book. Now, if only those chooks would start to lay ...
