Ah. Thanks Miss. I was Junior School boxing champ for 6 months. Didn't last long...there's always someone better. I agree that working the bag is good for just about everything. Can't think of anything that works as many muscles.

I retired at 49 Bridge. A combination of happy events. Mainly my selling my business for $450k (three times what I paid for it) Also had a terrace house in Sydney where the price shot through the roof because they put a monorail in that ended up in my street.
Also sold family house in Indooroopilly and block of flats at Windsor in the boom.
It all happened at once. I knew it was a sign from the gods. And I retired straight away.
Never regretted it.
