Why can't i just drink soup in winter like normal people, instead of eating ice-cream? I gotta do something about this. I'm going IF for 30 day's. But i don't think i can do it on my own. Wonder if the meds thread would be any good? They'll probably just laugh and scoff. I just dunno. And before anyone suggest's it, moderation is out of the question, i'm not a dreamer anymore. Why can't i be like other people, be normal? :upset:

On a bit more serious note.
3/4's of an hour since my last post and I'm thinking about sneaking outta bed and being really naughty. Not quite sure what that looks like, but my husband has been a complete 'prick' all day, not just my words, opinion of the children also.

No real danger here. But I would love a familiar face to chat to.
