Morning all
Sorry I missed everyone last night but have been busy actually having a social life, dating and am spending a reasonable amount of time in the evening learning Japanese..
Now all I need to do is get my arse back to the Gym! (Being dark at half five PM, freezing and raining, really isn't helping!)
Went out for Jap food last night and could read the Japanese on the menu, ordered mostly in Japanese and got what I ordered, so must be making headway..
And I didn't drink any Sake!
Day 9 AF Today, have tapered off the Diazepam and slept like a Baby last night (we'll see if that was a fluke or not soon!)
Hope to catch everyone soon..

I'm in the throes of rebuilding the hothouse which got trashed during a storm last year. Had to enlist some hired help, so I'll actually enjoy having a bit of muscle around.

glad to see normal programing has been restored.
Ficks - was going to ask whether it was Goldfinger before Mr G and IAD got in before me. We watched it this week (for about the 10th time) and Mr B's son (aged 12) finally got why we laugh at Pussy Galore. I blame it on his school friends :H:H (note however, that there is no mention of the fact that she runs the supremo lesbian crime gang on the West Coast!!!)

I have the whole office to myself today, and I had planned to have a really long days concentrated and focused work. Instead, I slept in, went to the Osteopath, did the supermarket shopping, and have been reading MWO posts. Also have sauna planned after today's training session, contemplating having a manicure (I've never had one - I have always had really brittle finger nails, but they seem to have got harder the longer I've been off the wine), and need to pick cat up from the vet (long story, but we would have lost her yesterday if Mr B and son hadn't been at home to notice her symptoms). Work ethic appears to have deserted me today ....... bring on the weekend!Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Hi Missy I missed all the James Bond action I see. I too loved Goldfinger. My favorite part was when Goldfinger asks Bond "Would you like a shomke and a pancake" and Bond says "What?"d Golfinger then says "A shmoke und a pancake. You know, a flapjack und a shigarette? No? Shigar und a waffle? No? Pipe und a crepe? No? Bong und a blintz? No? Well, then there ish no pleashing you." GREAT movie!Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Mine is (after he kills Oddjob by electrocuting him) "Shocking! Positively shocking! ", and then when Leitner asks him what happens he says "He blew a fuse".
