Hi folks, just popped in to tell you I watched a very interesting prog on the BBC last night called the secret lives of chickens. Was going topost the link for you Tawny but the poxbottles wont let anyone outside the UK watch it. Twas very good anyway. I did smile when I saw the egg post too btw.

Tawny: I respectfully disagree. I suspect it is recognised in most international forums that your chooks have a higher IQ and level of cognitive functioning than most chicken dancers.

Jimmy Doherty embarks on a quest to reveal the hidden lives of farmyard animals. He finds out about chickens: often taken for granted, what really goes on inside their brains? Is it just me but I am visualising his pitching the idea to the suits in the BBC and smiling.
