Yep Missy, it's great to see the abberciser's back. Exercise is a huge contributor to a regularly positive mindset, even just regular walks (Bridget), just putting one foot in front of the other, as Betty alluded to.

The sun's out, and very blowy, but it shall be a grand day, whatever, you know why? Cause i woke up this morning, i'm here, alive, and sober. Yeahhh. It's pretty good youse know....
