now i'll tell ya, this dickhead doc i saw today was a south african, and older than Moses.
i give him the piece of paper that my psychologist from yesty had written on my diagnosis.
he looks up at me (this dickhead) & says "so why do you have this ? hormones? finances? why?" now really folks if i wasn't a sane woman with immense self control i would've leapt off the chair, ripped off his head & shit down his neck. You really don't ask Beagles like me those sort of inane crap pox fecking questions.Typical - his first thoughts being HORMONES. There's only one way to make a hormone - refuse to pay 'er.

I read the toolbox thread. Actually I wentinto chat and some people directed me towards some good posts. Inspiiiiiring they were. Kinda gave me hope. I need hope.

Perhaps I should be TT. Hate to get between a man and his missus.

So what is my plan. And I'm sorry I cant think of anyting but meself but thats just where I am right now. My plan is to drink water. I have some motivational cds to listen to and I am starting to try to walk just a little and get off thie behind of mine. Thats as far as ive got. Not read or downloaded the book here becoz my aim is abstinence. moderation has failed me so I dont want to know any more about it.. tried it every which way and couldnt do that.

Thats my plan.

Actually, having taken your advice I think she just needed entertaining and was bored and not getting enough exercise. She chased a ball down the stairs 3 times and then flopped in front of the heater. Resting beside me right now with a cheshire cat size smile. Think the exercise has done her breathing good too.
