                  i wish i could cycle the physio guy said the sky is the limit,well u have to at my age take that saying with a grain of salt,slow and easy hahaha,like sx hahahaha,ok ladies i dog a grave,hahahaha,gyco s getttin better stiff neck,no meds,and maybe as far as the specialists are concerned i mt be able to get back to my job one day,hmmmmmm,i gues time will tell,but seeing i did love my work,it gives me a goal,kinda like a lot of folks here,many goals
