It only came about last night when Starty, Wanna Oney and the others saw pictures on my FB wall from the day trip I took with he cubs yesterday. I posted some on yesterday's Army Thread as well.

Direct flights aren't even a problem.

There are direct flights out of Dublin durring the SA summer months, and several daily flights out of the UK either to Johannesburg or Cape Town on SAA, BA & Virgin.

I find it even with Mrs. T: she is genuinely happy for me and also grateful that the nightmare has ended, but you're right: unless you've lived it, complete understanding is difficult.

Yes the same with my lovely partner,she has cared,supported & helped me in everystep of this journey,and still does.but sometimes she doesent get it.

To think I used to start Friday with writing my shopping list. It used to take ages trying to calculate how much wine I'd need for the weekend.
Now I get my recipe books and plan some lush meals for the week.
