        haha. Hi Spud
        AF since 15th March 2010

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

All this talk of food isn't helping my diet! (Particularly Johnny's planned dinner and the mention of LAMB.) I haven't even had my breakfast yet...

Forgot I had an 8 a.m. meeting, flung myself out of bed showered dressed slap on kiss girls goodbye in about 15 minutes flat - Mr. Coco instructed to drive like a mad demon to town. Arrive just in the nick of time and MEETING CANCELLED. Last night. Glad to know I am soooooo important I don't need to be informed. Now I'm really going to the @#$%@%! thread.

Oh... I think I may have just had a small outburst. Terribly sorry. What I meant to say say was - Good Morning Everyone! (Or Good Afternoon or even later for some!) Hope everyone is having a better day than mine has started out!

Hey Coco.. Glad to see you

If you're drying to diet, you should know that breakfast should be your number 1 priority, right?!

            What's the time there?!

It is 8:56 a.m. and I am gobbling my granola and non-fat non-sugar (non-taste) greek yogurt as we speak.

We had a WONDERFUL time in Mexico! The weather was great - could have used some airconditioning in the gym as it was very very hot (good excuse not to go!). We went sailing on a little Hobi Cat everyday - Mr. Coco decided he wants a sailboat now! The highlight of the trip was snorkeling on a nearby reef - beautiful fish and TURTLES!!! Amazing! Lovely experience for the girls (ages 10 and 14) - they had a blast!

I wasn't such a bad penguin that the AL ruined iit - quite conservative actually - but given that my goal was abstinence AND moderation in the food department, I failed miserably!

                              Hey Coco.

Well that breakfast doesn't sound particularly appetising. Can't you throw some scrambled eggs and bacon into the mix?! :H

Fantastic. Sounds like a great time. And glad the AL didn't ruin it!!!

Hey. that sounds like a dream holiday to me! Could do with one of those

Must be tough settling back into routine now hey?!

9am isn't too bad for breakfast I guess.

And some sausages and fried tomatoes and fried bread... (My grandmother used to fry slices of white bread in the bacon fat to go along with our greasy fried eggs/bacon etc. when I was a kid. LOVED IT. Yikes - can you imagine the calories/fat in that stuff?!! Boy was it good...)
