    Wow, they are big now!
    How are you doing ?

    On the downward slope for submission of these feckin assignments now.
    Will be soooo happy when they are done and I can come out to play again

                    I have to take the cat that was neutered to the vet to have his stitches out this morning. Not much else planned, except if Mrs. T want to go through with the Fan Walk idea. The cubs aren't too keen it seems.

                      Good Morning Folks!
                      Thanks for the pics Zeppie....look at the size of them!!!
                      I'm going to get my grass cut today before the rain starts then settle down and watch the footie. I've missed most of the World Cup because of the shifts I work. I'm surprised that I'm not more annoyed about it but life goes on whether I'm there or not. I haven't worked out the best eating pattern to accommodate these later hours yet. I don't really feel like eating when I get in after midnight and I can't really sit down to a big meal before two o'clock in the afternoon, when I need to get ready for work and as a result I'm losing weight that I can ill afford. Still, it's the weekend and I can make up for some of what I've missed.

                        Pops, I remember doing shifts too, it is very hard to get and eating pattern going...I took care of the problem with getting chippers on the way home lol..

                        I am off to a family fun day with the kids...I really wish I could go to a Oney day.....lol.

                          woohoo. morning peeps. after yesterdays sleepathon here im hoping to stay awake today. its the annual town carnival. always a good day, always involves lots of silliness and drinking. NO DRINKING FOR ME. ive got my bottle of bitter lemon and im armed and dangerous. who needs al to partake in silliness. first stop will be the stocks at the market square,,,, throw some wet sponges at people
                          Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

                            Good Morning Army.
                            Hiya Zeps, Starty, JC, Oney, Spuds, Mario, Tips, and Popeye and hello to all who drop by later

                            Hope you all have a very



                            Was late getting up today and then had to take Freddie for his yearly shots. Mr. Stirly went with us this time and I got a chuckle out of him cringing as Fred had his prostate exam. The dog took it better than Mr. Stirly did... Anyway, he's healthy and the right weight and now I have to give him this big worm pill and then some drops for fleas and stuff. He wears a collar for fleas and ticks but apparently the little buggers are rampant this year and dogger needs extra protection. Has been scratching a bit lately.

                            Sorry that Ghana is out of the World Cup. I was really hoping an African team would make it to at least the semi-finals. Oh well. Should be a very good match today Argentina and Germany. I can't wait to see Maradona and what antics he will be up to.

It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.
