Ah my last nights dinner,
Started with large prawns fried in lots of EVOO with garlic and chilli. Simple throw it all in a pan heat for 3 mins then eat with crusty bread.
Tortilla is just a spanish omelet. Trick is to the slice red and green peppers lengthways, roast in EVOO in the oven for 20 mins. Then fry up chopped par boiled spuds, chopped into inch size pieces with a clove of garlic in the peppers oil and juices. Add half a doz beaten eggs, s&p fresh parsley and scoff also with crusty bread.
Fresh mango and pineapple with ice cream.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment

Chop it up, dont let it burn though, only needs a min. Thats a clove not the whole bulb btw. A mistake I made when I was a lad cooking for myself. Never having eaten it at home I made a dish and chopped the whole lot in by mistake.
