    WHY OH WHY do I insist on reading Child abuse cases when I know it is gonna upset me and make me feel sick....Arrrggghhhhhhh. EVERY Fucking time...

    STOP sending them to me on FB....I can't handle it.

      Why do they keep sending them to you? I can't stand them either. Whenever something like that comes up on the telly, I change the channel. I really can't bear it...

          Awwhh they want you to join the cause ( I understand that) but the videos are very graphic and unbelievably sad....and you have to play it to the end to make it count...I couldn't do it.

            Horribly sad JC, this one showed the dead childs injuries etc....really horrific.

            I have to put it out of my head now or I won't sleep.

              I can understand them wanting you to join the cause but why do they have to put you through the horror of something so graphic. That I don't understand. You could easily support them without going through that. Cause it's like you say, the images stay in your mind...

                Oney, darling you don't have to play it to the end to make it count. I keep getting allsorts of shite from one of my cousins and I just delete them now. You know the kind of e-mail if you don't send this on to 300 other people a dogs going to die in agony.

                  I finally had to ask my mother to stop sending me those. She knows I have very few contacts by e-mail and at least once a week I would get a forward that I had to send on to 20 people within the next 10 minutes or I was going to have bad luck for the next 3000 years. . Anyway, I asked her nicely and now she only sends me silly jokes...

                    I should be the happiest, richest person in the world if I sent them all on. My cousin just seems to send them to every one she knows. So there must be another 200 happy, rich peeps out there too.

                      yeah you are prob right....gonna forget about it now..not gonna click on them anymore....it literally breaks my heart.


                      ANYWAY...wrecked tired tonight after me horrible time at the docs this morn..very tempted to flake on the sofa and watch the 3 episodes of DH I have recorded.
