              Don't let him use a straw. I did that last year when I had a tooth out and I shouldn't have and got an infection.

                    JC: good thing you told me about the straws - I was going to get him some. I wonder why, though?

                            That's it, Oney. It's called a dry socket (doesn't look anything like one) and it is horrendously painful. Even 2 buckets of vin rouge couldn't ease the pain.
