    Army Thread 8th July

    Havn't had Weat bix in AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAges. But if I have them then with Plenty, plenty sugar. So would't exactly be considered a healthy breakfast I guess???

It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there.           I had NO sugar at all, just Wheetabix and milk! YAH!!!

              Wholegrain porridge made with skimmed milk and a dollop of honey is your only man
              Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                        Why not make a nice casserole before you go and in stick in in the oven on timer. So you can arrive home to a lovely smell of grub and it is hot and ready.
