Oh yeh and it has also just dawned on me that I threw my brewing bucket, pressurized barrel and a load of glass demi johns in the skip a few months back to stop me making home brew.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?Comment

Far from an expert but I think once you dont put yeast in it wont turn to AL.

yeah it dont turn to AL, though some wines you could make without yeast.... i think certain things grow a yeasty mold or something.. bit hit and miss.. but we dont care about that anymore cos we dont want pox fecking al....... excuse my over use of poxfecking but it really is my new found favorite wordToday is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine
