Hey Chillgir. That's great to hear. Same here. Anything particularly making you so happy today?!

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Oh that's soo fantastic to hear Chill!!! Isn't it amazing though?!! It's such an encouragement for ppl who are starting on their AF journey or considering seeing someone not just do as well as you are doing in terms of the time being AF but more importantly being truly happy!!!

aha, you see you'll never know when I pop up.

Now everything's out of the conservatory and in the living room and the exercise bike's in the garden.

Hiya Chill, this sober life's good on the most part innit

Johnny I was having a chuckle to myself earlier, a good friend of mine who is Dutch was thinking of taking Monday as a day off work because if Holland win he will be celebrating all night. I would have been guilty of the same mentality before but now it just sounds bizzare to me. So something good happens and we will make sure we then drink so much as a reward that we will feel like absolute shit the next day!!??? Its insanity and Im so glad I see it now.

That is sooooo, soooo true!!!! That would have been so me as well. I mean really, you're going to take a day of because you allready know you're going to make yourself feel so miserable that you can't cope working. And that's then called a celebration.

So glad I dont' drink anymore

Chill, Mr JC's taken Monday off but that's to help me clean up. He'll have a few drinks. I've never done few.

We're getting the guests to arrive late and push off early.

Aww Johnny, if you see the stuff we're giving them on Sunday they'll prolly leave before the end of the match.
It's normally some really nice wine and proper glasses. This time they're getting stuff in a box and a paper cup each.

Rightio lunch time, then mebbies a bit of a nanna nap.
