    I got this off another forum. Seems helpful. It's an interactive website and program (free) where you can learn cognitive behaviour skills for preventing and coping with depression.

    Have a look. Google "moodgym", it comes up as first.
    One day at a time.. Sometimes it's one minute or one second at a time.. Most important thing is to look ahead and don't look back!

      Actually, i should have put "resource for depression" in title, cos i don't think anybody really understands what it's about.
