Hello again!

Youngest cub and Mrs. T both had 2nds, so it must have been OK

1 onion, fried until soft in butter, some garlic, sliced mushrooms, rosemary, black pepper, few flakes of dried chilli, touch of mustard, cream, and added shredded roast chicken. Nothing fancy at all, but delish.

With lubberly pasta...
