Oh yeh sorry. Well today went crap as in trying to sort a new business idea which normally would be a trigger of course. Add the fact that I was asked on two occasions after it did I want to go for a drink and refused was a small victory. First time I said na dont fancy one thanks but I will go with you and have a coffee. So we went to a coffee shop. Then an hour later I was asked again and said I would be happy to go and have a soft drink so it was left. The pleasing part is I meant it, really meant it.
