Hello to everyone else who pop in to this little sanctuary today. That is what it feels like to me anyway.

Hi again and thanks for your lovely comments.
I must admit I'm feeling a bit down. I got up in a rather good mood and then made the mistake of reading back over a few posts. It saddens me that so much turmoil and name-calling has gone on over the past few days. However I'm trying to look at the bright side of things. Johnny had a rough day yesterday. He came here for company and support. Within 22 minutes of his first post, there were six members that replied to his call for help. And JohnnyH had a really rough evening a couple of weeks ago and we were there to help him and stayed with him all during the evening to help him get through it. And he did. And other times when there were attempted suicides and we were all in front of our computers all day posting and reading and hoping so much that the person would pull through. And when MaryAnne attempted suicide and was comatose for days, the members were on here day and night hoping and praying that she would pull through. The support was phenonmenal. That's what I have to focus on. The positive part of it all. The genuine care and support that is given to people trying to get through difficult times.
Oh, and :huggy to you all....:happyheart:

                Hey guys,

Stirly, please don't feel down, this does happen every once in a while and it all gets mad for a few days, it always settles down but amidst it all, we can still give suppor like you said so at the end of the day, the bad vibes don't win.

I also think that sometimes people NEED to say how they feel be it good or bad because a certain subject really affects them or is close to their heart.
Then you have the troublemakers who jump on the wagon and put their 2 cents in to cause disharmony.
You have the ones who agree with what is being said and have not got the courage to contribute as they want everyone to like them.
Then you have the spectators who stand by, laugh and revel in the bickering going on, they are the saddest ones of all because they honestly must have no life if this tickles their fancy.

So all is good in the camp, so not to worry. This will blow over like all the other times and in the meantime, we are here ready to support the peeps that need it.

                Lets have a GREAT day.

I love yer purple font too!

How come no one ever flirts with me? Is it my angelic face and the pigtails? Is it the mauve font? Or is it the fact that someone's got their big butt in our faces all day long? Maybe I should change my avatar... something like this, perhaps...

                              LMAO Stirly.

I think the reason is you have too much compassion and that does not a good flirt make..

I assume the mutt is wearing clothes that are colour co-ordinated with your Chanel suit and did you remember to clip the diamond necklace around it's scrawny little neck?
