well im glad you realize the complications to doing sleep as well as i do. and you thought i was just a lazy bugger... its bloody hard work you know. perhaps i could start a new career in sleep therapy.... o no, i would have to get outa bed to do that... strike that ideaToday is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

Awe, Awe my friends. And a beautiful Saturday afternoon to yous. In between a couple of morning meetings and afternoon braai (bbq) now and just thought I'd check in.
I think I'll make a slow return now. Not that I was even gone for a week
I'm so very glad I got so much work done this week though. And thinks are really looking up.
