Just a quick hello! You all had me starving with all the tasty dishes you were preparing...butter chicken, the vegs etc And JC going out! So I made a yummy salad with goat cheese, sauteed bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts with a homemade vinagrette. OK-I cheated on the frozen pizza that's going with it, haha! Have a wonderful evening-expat

I am tired, I did 30 lengths this morning and had to get out cause I got cramp in my right calf. Still got a little twitch. How like a wingy child do I sound?

Sorry your dinner was crap KTAB! Yes, I gently fry the peppers in olive oil and then drain and cool before adding them to the salad. I first had the salad in a Dublin restaurant. They called it "tri-colour salad" for the Italian flag. Pretty much the idea is ya get the green of the lettuce, red peppers and the white cheese... well, you get the idea. But you can mix whatever nuts, cheese and stuff you want-at the restaurant they used gorgonzala cheese but I just did not happen to have that in the fridge, haha! It's always a crowd pleaser and easy to make. God, ya got me started on food talk!
