Little bit of drama after work: youngest cub sprained her ankle, so I've been playing Dr. Dad. It's amazing how strong a medicine a little TLC can be

Very impressive to see how busy everyone has been today. Me too. It feels so good to sit down and kick my shoes off. My feet are killing me! Just a few minutes of computer time and then to the kitchen to slave over a hot stove. Hope you are all settling in for a pleasant evening. Well, if you are in this time zone that is!

We probably should hire someone but when mum and dad only went away every 2-3 times a year it was OK but now its every 2-3 weeks its getting a bit tiresome!!!!

Dont talk to me about the roof, ran into problems and had to call a roofer out. I really didnt need that bill but a head for heights I dont have. Home made veg and chickpea curry, lemon basmati and naan bread tonight Tip.

Mmmmmmm... this is better. On so many levels.

I just love a Magnum at the right time. Its all Starty's fault, though - she started it, as her name suggests.

Bought the one with white choc and almonds with choc-chip ice cream inside.
