I love the smell of pet shops.
I hope you know that a hamster bite is a 1000 times more painful than anything I can think of.
Get a guinea pig, get 2 they are just soooooooooo cute, easy to handle and stay awake during the day.

on the other hand, the one that hasn't got a hamster dangling from it, they don't live long and are a good start for teaching kids and cubs to learn about the circle of life,

don't mention hamsters or guinea pigs to ollie..!!!
he is driving me nuts for one..
prob is he can't even look after the gold fish...
and I know cleaning the cage etc will all be left down to mum...!!

when he's older.. then may be he can have one..
so he can learn about being responsible for pets......!!!!

I know my 2 just got over excited about buying all the kit and caboodle then after 3 days disappeared off to their bedrooms.
I use to have to take their tamagotchies (sp) to work as they couldn't be arsed to look after them.

The mind boggles as to where exactly you were bitten, and dont say 'in the garden' As for loving the smell of pet shops
