Give you a laugh, he rang and asked 3 security questions to make sure I was who I said. Then he couldnt answer some questions I asked so had to ring me back after conferring. Anyway he rings back and starts asking same security questions, I say I just answered them, it is me. He says I have to ask them again so I says how do I know its you again then? Whats your name, ok, whats my card number? He wasnt impressed but I was a little peeved by then and wanted to score a point. :H
