Hope everyone is ok?

Crap day here, raining, raining, raining..need to get out of the house before i go mad but guess what..its raining. Kids are bored out of their tree as all their friends are on hols

Me too on diet One2 & Starts..starts in earnest today and back (again) to Curves next week. It's hard though..my 2 are hungry 24/7 so my downfall is picking at their stuff. Off to get their lunch as we speak...

What using a proxy? no I dont think so, it just allows you to access stuff that is restricted in your country. I suppose some people would disagree.

No KTAB, I meant Spotify itself
We used to use Bittorrent and got all sorts of virus' from it plus it was lllegal I believe

Say you want to access a site but it wont let you because your not in the UK say, you can access it via a proxy site which hides the fact that you are in Ireland. Did you ever try a song on youtube and it says 'restricted in this country'? well it gets over that. Having said that I only use it for that music site.

I don't know how to bring stuff up but Johnny Cash "Hurt" is another song (it's a cover of nineinchnails) that had me crying. He's looking over his life and all the mistakes and regrets and shite. But its a good song (not so corny as the John Denver one) so check it out. If you know how to bring up the youtube link here-- if you think others could appreciate it in the Army. At least we are young enough and stopped before it got too late. Maybe I have PMT (PMS) or something, haha! I'm just in a weepy mood today. Well, I'm going to think things out before I share my story about my dad. It's painful-and long. But if I post in the nest, I'd I appreciate any comments you lads might have.

I have been using it for the past year without any problems. Didnt think there were many viruses for OSX

Giving up the booze can bring out all sorts of emotions. Its pretty normal to feel weepy from time to time. My advice is to go with it. It helps to let it all out
