Expat it is totally normal in the early days to be all over the shop. Our minds and bodies are going through big changes. IMO when the fog lifts and we stop hiding in a bottle there are often many painful things to be faced. But face them we must and it is a cleansing journey and we grow both spirtualy and emotionally.

I know a few people using it and no problems. Access to tons of free music. You cant download it but it is a bit like Itunes playing in the background. Worth paying the small sub to avoid all the adverts though.
