Yep - good luck to the dieters. Don't shoot me, but I'm in the unenviable position that I'm finding it difficult to gain some weight... Go figure... Although I could do with some exercise to exchange lard for something more solid. I'm afraid my entire exercise regime (such as it was) went out the window during winter.
Looks like its going to be a nice day in CT. Fairly cold at 17C, but the sun will be shining.I'll do whatever it takes
