Hi Miss B, Guitarista, Froggie, KTAB and everyone else.

As it is already after midnight 1:30 am(quitting smokes completely messed up my sleeping pattern) therefore today is one week Nicotine FREE! I feel so proud of myself. I think I start coughing up the "bad" stuff.

Miss B, I did not run as I took "day off". I run approx 5 days per week.
I hope you are all well. I will try and come visit you tomorrow.
